STRONG WOMEN
I have been through this myself

Are you going through a divorce and not sure how to protect yourself? I will explain everything to you in simple language — without pressure or complicated terms.

No pressure or manipulation
Understanding, not fear
Decisions in your best interests

WHO I AM

WHO I AM

I am not an attorney.
I am a woman who has been through this myself.

I know what it feels like when nothing is clear. Documents feel intimidating, anxiety builds inside, and days and nights turn into constant stress, and you simply cannot sleep peacefully.

I help you understand your situation — calmly, without pressure and without complicated words. So you understand what is happening and can make decisions in your own favor.

No chaos No stress With a clear strategy

I help not only during divorce, but also BEFORE signing a prenuptial agreement

Many women believe that U.S. law is automatically on their side. But any signed agreement can work against you if you do not understand its consequences

Preparation before meeting with an attorney

Review the contract in simple language, without legal terms.
See hidden risks and clauses that people usually overlook.

understand where you could lose money or rights
understand how it works in your state
review the terms
formulate what is truly important to you — before speaking with an attorney
prepare the right questions that people usually pay hourly for.
avoid unnecessary consultations and extra expenses
think through your position in advance
feel confident at the meeting with an attorney, not confused
What this gives you

Saving time, nerves, and often significant amounts on legal consultations.

On average, my clients reduce unnecessary expenses by $5,000–$10,000 because they come to an attorney already prepared.

As a result, you go to the attorney not blindly — but with an understanding of what is happening and which decisions benefit you specifically.

You pay the attorney for time

I help you use it correctly.

My story

I have been through this myself

My name is Margarita. I have lived in the USA for many years and I am raising a daughter.

I did not come to this topic from theory — I went through it myself. Divorce is not only about documents. It is about stress, pressure, and huge expenses that many people do not even suspect.

Like many women, I thought an attorney would solve everything. But the reality turned out to be more complicated: you pay for time, not for understanding. And if you do not understand the process yourself, you lose both money and control over the situation.

This journey cost me dearly — more than $250,000, a lot of nerves, and mistakes that could have been avoided.

At some point I realized: to protect yourself, you need to understand things yourself. Ask the right questions. Understand what you are signing and what you are agreeing to.

That is exactly why I created this project. I want women not to go through this path blindly. I want them to have clarity, understanding, and support. So they do not overpay for things that can be understood in advance.

I do not replace an attorney. I help you come to the attorney prepared — with an understanding of what is happening and which decisions are truly in your best interests.

If I had had someone back then who could explain all of this to me, my path would have been completely different.

Remember: divorce is not the end.

It is the beginning of a new chapter. I am here to help you walk this path — calmly, honestly, and with support from within.

FAQ

FAQ

Yes, if you want to calmly agree on financial rules in advance. A contract can protect assets, define how property and debts are divided, set rules for major gifts/inheritance, and provide support during/after marriage (if state law allows). Important: the contract does not decide custody or parenting time — that is a separate matter.
Ask for the draft in advance and in your language.
Each person should have their own independent attorney (not one attorney for both).
Give yourself at least 2–3 weeks to read and make edits, without pressure to “sign tomorrow.”
Full financial transparency: a list of assets, debts, and income.
Define your key “red lines”: housing, contribution to a business, maternity leave, relocation, joint investments.
Collect documents: certificates, prenup/postnup, bank statements, taxes, property titles.
Create a financial picture: accounts, debts, monthly expenses, a 3–6 month reserve.
Secure access and safety: email, two-factor authentication, a separate address for correspondence.
Write down your goals regarding children, housing, and budget for the first 6–12 months.
Support: therapist/support group, a reliable circle of people.
Compare 2–3 specialists: experience in family law, practice in the needed county/state.
During the first consultation, ask about strategy, possible scenarios, estimated budget, and payment format (retainer/hourly/fixed).
Ask for a written list of steps for the next 30–90 days and what you can do yourself (this saves budget).
Be careful with “guaranteed results,” aggressive “for show” tactics, and vague estimates.
